A new airline Awaiting for good results, A FREASH START IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN-
instead we here standing at the boarding gate almost an hour later, after we should have checked in. We are greatly dissapointed and furious about whats going on,apparantly we have been awaiting the crew to arrive shouldn’t it be the other way come on,NO BUSSINESS ETHICS WHAT SO EVER!!

Good luck to you – especially that you want to fly with your family – my family son, daughter-in-law grandson (two and a half) grand-daughter (5 months) sat in the revoltving Ushaka Aiprort departures lounge on Sunday (27th March) from 7.00 p.m. (Their flight was scheduled for take off at 7.50 p.m. and they never took off until 12.45 – arriving in Jhb at 13.45) Disgusting state of affairs. If you are going to start a new line then at least have back up and know how to handle travellers. I will never fly on this airline – they were given a miserable Wimpy voucher (they dont eat meat) and not even an email of apology NO COMPENSATION. Give me MANGO any day. So good luck family man hope you enjoy sitting around airports waiting for your flight

I think having another airline operator in South Africa is the best thing for those travelling. There is still such a huge differenece in costs of economic flights. I am wanting to fly to Durban from Cape Townand the difference in price is massive between the different airlines. Bring on the competition!!!!! I will fly with whoever is the cheapest, especially when it comes to flying with family and flying domestically.

Velvet airlines must box clever and include Discovery vitality memebers for Further discounts. There they will start with a huge client base.
